Use these Permanent Deluxe Neon Fabric Paint Pens to make your own designs on shirts and other fabrics. These markers have 3mm brush tip. Great for T-shirts, Tote Bags, Paper, Wood or Fabric. Directions: On wearable - Prewash fabric; do not use fabric softener. For all surfaces - Shake well. Press tip to surface to fill in or personalize item. Let dry flat for 20 minutes. Do not wash for at least 24 hours. Turn inside out, on gentle cycle. Dry flat or line dry. Each pack contains 2 Green Markers, 2 Orange Markers, 1 Yellow Marker, and 1 Pink Marker Please note the green reacts darkly.
