I bought this set up for my Ural motorcycle and I wish I had not it is junk.....
I worked off and on for about 1/2 hour you could barley hear it
(the motorcycle is super quite) then it got hot and quit working I just took it off the the motorcycle and through it in the trash...

Been working on a project to get sound on my cruiser and found this item.
I had already determined the 15watts per speaker wasn't going to be enough when I was on the highway, but wanted the features like the SD card capability and the price was right. I tied it to a Pyle Hydra 4 channel marine amp and out to two 6" and two 3" marine speakers while also retaining the as shipped speakers before the amp. The GSI system was powered independently of the amp and the amp was relayed to come on only if the bike was running and a switch was on. This way when the bike was off I could still run the unit through the included speakers or when it was running I could boost the power with the amp and life is good. My biggest issue is an aesthetic one.
The screen printed frame on the LCD face is skewed relative to the housing and is very noticeable. It's very obvious since it lights up and attracts your eye to it. I'm tempted to buy another and send this one back just to try and get a better looking unit. This is one of the drawbacks to on-line buying, where the picture doesn't match the item you receive. If I could attach a picture, you'd see.

In my mind this is pretty good for the money.
I was expecting great things out of this and that is what I got a great working radio and speaker combo at one incredible low price, waterproof,ridged, durable build and great sounding!!
I ride as much as possible and it's finally nice to have a stereo system I don't have to worry about lasting the full trip, thanks!

i ordered the stereo because of the good price,but once i got it installed the remote doesnt work at all. we tried at least two different mp3 players and we never got it to play on the device. the remote must control that function. the radio works great, but speaker wires too short. i am keeping the stereo because i had cut a hole in my ranger to fit it. i am not totally disappointed, but if it had cost more, i would have returned it

I bought this for my Honda 750, it's a '99 model, and i did not want to spend a crazy amount of money. This was priced nice under $50.
I like it being waterproof and can be controlled by remote, i attached the remote to the gas tank with some velcro, makes it very easy to control. Nice sounding radio.
